Please allow 5-7 business days for processing. All pins are wrapped and packaged for extra protection. We are not responsible for delays due to shipping. As I am a small business and only order enough pins for demands I can not promise a replacement if lost. Please contact us at combustioncollections@gmail.com if item arrives damaged. If we have enough items in stock to replace, we can ship a replacement.
